We have developed interesting and intelligent, in-house, training modules for our educators and staff. Regular up gradation of methodologies and systems is undertaken by involving experts on the subject and field. Training is an ongoing process at FirstSteps. FirstSteps is intrinsically a space that has been well thought of both in its philosophy and methodology to bring about a radical change in the way childhood alliances and milestone needs of children must be nurtured. A great amount of time, thought and research has gone into selecting/creating material and training staff. The idea being - to ensure that the philosophy and methodology mingle to a rhythm of a little one's gurgle and intrinsic need to be loved and gently nudged to a facilitation for their tomorrow.
